Ms. Sakshi Goel

Dr Sakshi Goel was recommended to me by Dr Kushal Jain.few years back.When I saw Sakshi the young sweet little girl that she is I told Dr Jain she is too young to handle my life issues but Dr told me trust me she is quite good attend her session once.After the session Dr Jain asked me how was it I said good he said see I told you but due to some personal issues I could not continue but today I did a video consultation with her and she proved again that she is capable and great at her job.She was quite a patient listener and after talking to her I got hope.I surely recommend her to everyone.

I've been avoiding seeing a therapist for a long time. But a turn of events forced me to reach out to one. And I'm glad I went for Sakshi. She has been pretty supportive throughout the last few months. She's a good listener (which is kind of a given considering the fact that she's a therapist). And she gives actionable advice (most of which I didn't take for a long because hey, depression isn't exactly motivational). The breakup hurt and so did the time it took to heal. But I healed a lot, so yay me. I still swing between being normal and depressed but it's better than being depressed all the time. All in all, don't expect this to be a magic pill (that's the psychiatrist's job) but see it as a journey. For me the journey was 7 months and counting. And I hope to end up leading a normal life at the end.

Dr. Sakshi has been very patient and cooperative. It’s been six months since I started my therapies with her and in this duration I have learned a lot about myself. She has helped me to gain my strength and overcome my fears with less efforts. I am confident person now and have gained positivity towards life. She is really very understanding and it doesn’t take much time for her to provide me solutions to problems. I highly recommend her to every person who needs medical help for mental issues.

I was extremely nervous about starting therapy, and some experiences that my friends shared with me about having to go through multiple therapists to find the right one didn’t motivate me much. But on the recommendation of a trusted friend, I booked an appointment with Dr. Sakshi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to start my journey towards better mental health. She’s friendly, accommodating and straightforward.

Advice for everyone: I was dealing with an astonishingly horrid situation. My clinical psychologist of two years, Ms. Sakshi Goel from the Centre for Behavioural Sciences, asked me to take a break of 3 months from therapy with her. It had been over 3 months, so I tried contacting her a week or so after 3 months several times over e-mail, so did my mother over email, text and call, to avail no response. I recognise the rapport to be strictly professional, so I was at a loss for words as there was no accountability at the other end. My current psychiatrist, has advised me to continue therapy with my clinical psychologist for depression, anxiety and PTSD, so I, alongwith my care giver (my mother), tried to get in touch with her. There seems to have been a meeting that was organized amongst my clinical psychologist and others at CBS, and my therapy had been terminated AFTER the mutually decided break. I was informed about it from the head of CBS, not my therapist, well over 3 months later, because my mother reached out to the head. I had not been to therapy for a while, which was as it is unhealthy for me, and that, alongwith dealing with the situation and pandemic, was exhausting-- emotionally, mentally and around all the other edges.

She helped me change my thought process and made me independent enough to take emotionally stable decisions. I was in a very tough life condition and also had anxiety issues that in-turn affected my relationships, physical health and studies. She helped change those thinking patterns in such a manner that I don't find myself caught up in thoughts anymore. I can feel my glow coming back, 13/10 recommended and very happy with the therapy.

The most wonderful therapist in delhi. Won't judge you and will help you through every issue you're going through, very patiently.
